Our service consists of the following:
Placement of qualified tenants
Background check on prospective tenants
Qualifying prospective tenants as to income
Collection of rents on a timely manner
Initiating evictions in the event that tenant violates Lease Agreement
Inspecting the property and arranging for repairs
Charging the tenant if repairs were caused by tenant or paying out of owners funds if normal wear and tear.
Verifying that repairs were completed properly
Following up on warranties if available
Assuring that the property is not in violation of any building codes

WHAT WE CHARGE
Our fee is $125 per tenant placed and 10% of the rents collected.
